1. Information you provide
When you submit a consultation request, Axis may collect your name, company or organization, email, phone or WhatsApp number, area of interest, preferred contact method, optional budget range, and the business challenge you describe.
2. How the information is used
Axis uses inquiry information to review your request, respond through your preferred contact method, understand service fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain appropriate records of business communication.
3. Service providers
The website may use hosting, email delivery, and bot-protection providers to operate the contact process. These providers process limited information needed to deliver their services. The current form architecture uses Vercel hosting, Zoho-compatible SMTP email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile when configured.
4. Security and abuse prevention
The contact process uses validation, length limits, bot checks, origin checks, duplicate protection, and transport security controls. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should not submit passwords, payment data, medical details, or other sensitive information through the form.
5. Retention
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legitimate record-keeping needs, and protect the service.
6. Analytics and cookies
Axis does not activate a third-party analytics platform through this website unless one is separately configured. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data needed to assess whether a form interaction is legitimate.
7. Your choices
You may ask Axis to correct or delete inquiry information that is no longer needed, subject to appropriate legal or record-keeping requirements. You may also choose email, phone, or WhatsApp instead of the website form.
8. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to contact@axisbizgroup.com. Axis Business Group is headquartered in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.
